Our approach

Custom-made

Effisens Conseil Inc does not offer a “ready-made” formula. The first phase is to develop an in-depth understanding of your expectations and the key strategic issues before we move forward and build a custom-made program. Based on our experience, this process ensures that we will meet your objectives together.

Less is more

We would rather give you fewer tools (but the right ones) and be sure that when we leave, you know how to use them perfectly, rather than give you a large tool box with (a long) user manual to read (or not).

We invite our clients to build the return on investment indicators that will evaluate the impact and success of our programs.

Return on Investment

At the end of the process, participants evaluate many criteria, one being their overall satisfaction. We are contractually committed to delivering an overall satisfaction rate of at least 85%. In the event that this satisfaction rate is not achieved, we will come back without cost until we obtain this minimum standard. However, this has never happened so far!

Who we are…

Manuel Huger | Trainer and Coach

Effisens Conseil Inc was created by Manuel Huger after spending over 15 years with Danone Group in Europe as well as in North America. His broad experience includes VP Sales, North America for the beverage division, and multiple sales, trade marketing and HR positions within the group.

Manuel is bilingual and he has trained/coached over 15000 people since 2008. He is also “iLead Master Coach” certified.

Frederick Tobin | Trainer and Coach

Frederick has 15 years’ experience in the fields of marketing (Palm, Via Rail, Vibrant Marketing,…) and training in Canada and in China. In addition to having an active role in Effisens Conseil Inc, Frederick is also a full professor at Concordia University where he teaches marketing. Frederick is bilingual. He has trained/coached over 8000 people in his carreer and is ICF and iLead coach certified

Mylene Couture | Trainer, Coach

Mylene has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of marketing and management (agrifood, cosmetic, pharma, tourism and advertising), in Canada and Latin America, with well-known companies. Mylene speaks French, English and Spanish and is certified as an “iLead Professional Coach.”

Christophe Mayen | Trainer

Christophe has nearly 20 years of experience in communications agencies. He has spent the majority of his career at Bos agency (DentsuBos since 2012), and has occupied different high level management positions within the media and the client service divisions of the agency.

Paule Marchand | Trainer

Paule has solid experience as a consultant and trainer that she obtained in Canada and Hong Kong. She creates and delivers training workshops to help professionals establish lasting business partnerships with their clients. An M.B.A. graduate (HEC), Paule also gives talks on business development.
